5 Reasons To Hire A Marketing Integration Specialist Over A Web Designer

Monday 27 July 2009 @ 12:07 pm

Marketing Specialists are more effective on websites than actual web designers.

Putting up an online business? Starting up with your cyber enterprise? If you came across this article trying to find the best deals in web designing, then this is your lucky day. This article helps budding online entrepreneurs make that integral decision on who to hire to help them represent themselves in the booming field of internet and email marketing. It emphasizes the need for a professional website, focusing on substance rather than style.

Let us get started then! First up DONT HIRE A WEB DESIGNER. HIRE A MARKETING INTEGRATION SPECIALIST INSTEAD. A lot of starting up companies makes the mistake of leaving their websites at the hands of web designers. Not to undermine the capabilities of web designers, but their sole concern is in creating a great image for the company. Their jobs are focused on creating a respectable and professional company face.

Although a lot of web designers do great jobs at this, just as it is pointless and disappointing to suit up and have nowhere to go, a good looking website is nothing without visitors. Here are some reasons a good copy writer or marketing integration specialist would do a better job than a web designer.

Cheaper Cost: Most web designers charge tens of thousands of US dollars to create a visual treat of a website, not to mention design a logo for your company. Whereas a marketing integration specialist would only charge a reasonable fee for the actual website design, and have the logo design outsourced to their partners.

Less Flashy: Web designers tend to incorporate flash into websites a lot for a more elaborate look. Flash loads a lot slower, and with the short attention span of internet readers, a slower loading website would also mean that they are more likely to go a different website. On top of that, search engines tend to avoid flash in their search results. Marketing integration specialists limit flash in pages to advertisements and testimonials, keeping the page quick loading and higher up in search engine results for a more efficient email marketing site.

Content Provision: Once the webpage is complete, web designers will ask you to write in your own site content. You would have to write in your own information for your home page, contact page, about page, and so on and once you have submitted this to your web designer, they would simply copy and paste them onto your new website. A professional marketing integration specialist/copy writer would write in all these information themselves, utilizing your company and sales principles, therefore maximizing response for your website.

Successful Traffic Management: Web designers would create a great looking site, but care little for search engine optimization. Search engine optimization is key to driving internet traffic to ones website, ensuring more potential customers. Marketing integration specialists create search engine friendly websites, optimizing a site for Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines.

Constant Website Management: Web designers ultimately make you a site that is pure eye candy and leave you to it. Letting you figure out your website and how you are supposed to make money with it, on your own. A marketing writer provides constant checkups and management to ensure that your website gets the best results.

Not to mention that consultation with a Marketing Integration Specialist is free. They even throw in proposals for your business without charge. So there really is no contest between a web designer and a marketing integration specialist. If you plan on getting your online business started, it is highly recommended that you seek out a professional marketing writer immediately. Its hassle free consultation to help you make that first step to your own online empire.

Why You Need an Elevator Pitch

Wednesday 8 July 2009 @ 2:17 pm

Picture yourself suddenly standing in a small elevator right beside your favorite director. You know the guy, the one dude on the planet who could take your screenplay (or book) and turn it into the movie of the year - the one that is fawned over by and rewarded with mountains of box office receipts.

You have precisely 2 minutes before the ding of the elevator signals the parting doors and your once in a lifetime opportunity turns and walks away forever. Do you know what you are going to say?

Think about it, would you ramble on and on about the color of the sky outside, complain about the ever increasing cost of fuel, or would you take your few given minutes to wisely capitalize on the opportunity that life suddenly saw fit to hand you, doing all you can to convince the director that you are the right person to deliver him his next passion project?

Yes, the odds of finding yourself in an elevator with your favorite director are slim (if they even exist at all), but that isn’t the point. Whatever dream you hold close to your heart should be treated with care. It is best to enter each day prepared to pull your dream into reality by whatever means necessary.

If (for example) you are writing a novel in hopes that you will one day see it in print, you should be able to sum up the book’s basic synopsis in under three minutes.

This is what is called an elevator pitch.

So how does one draft an elevator pitch? How can you condense the dozens of story threads in your complicated tale to such a degree that they can be honestly delivered without the loss of their magic?

Aim for the bulls-eye. Trim your story down to only that which truly matters. Even the longest stories ever written contain a summary on the back. Your job with an elevator pitch is to thin the elements of your narrative, while thickening the essential theme.

There is tremendous value in the practice, as committing your pitch to writing will also enable you to understand your story better. Understanding your story will allow you to pen the best version possible. Most authors would agree, it is often unfocused writing that paves the road to an incomplete or unsatisfying novel.

If chapters do not fall like dominos, each in front of the next, the ending will likely find an author wrestling through to the end. Unfortunately, few writers are willing to fight the tough fight through to the ending of an unclear narrative, and there are even fewer willing readers.

Focus on the core of your book by finding the single thread that can pull it all together. Sure, the best stories contain multiple elements, but there is always something intrinsic to the tale that binds it all together; one topic, idea or element that clearly supersedes all others.

Pick up a pen and piece of paper. Attempt to write an elevator pitch for your project. You never know when you might find yourself in an elevator with an editor from Random House.

Effective And Practical Ways To Reuse Content

Wednesday 8 July 2009 @ 1:36 pm

Rewriting is a practical way to reuse content and having a computer program will make writers lives easier. There are lots of ways to reuse content of articles. For people working in article distribution, reusing content is more practical than having to think of another idea and another way of presenting it.

An article is full of ideas where we can pull any thought out of it and expound on it to make a new and innovative piece. This may sound easy but doing things manually is not an easy task. Being able to reprocess an article made and make it into new ones will take much time and effort.

Dealing with the internet is such an overwhelming job. The World Wide Web is such a large place to be in and considering that it is a good source for anything around the world, a very large amount of articles has been made to market these things in the virtual world. Being in the article distribution industry, coming out with unique ideas and creative ways of communicating such thoughts will garner more clients and more business. So, authors should think of several ways to reuse content.

Rewriting articles and spinning them are effective ways in recycling their substance. There are difficult steps in achieving good spun articles. One must be careful in constructing the new piece because there are cases that it might not be distinct from the original one.

Doing it manually writers must be keen in locating possible phrases or sentences that might consider both the articles as one and the same. They must have a skill in ensuring spun articles are effective and are noticeably dissimilar. So, authors must make sure that their rewritten articles are significantly different from each other. If not, that will become a problem in the future because the internet has a way of knowing how unique and how identical one article is from another.

The program that search engines use in determining identical pieces of writing is called duplicate content filters. These filters sift through their database of articles and sort out pieces that are identical. When this happens, these articles are regarded as spam and will not be available to use.

This means that when internet users type in a word or phrase, the search engine will not bring out these articles to be available to them. Duplicate content filter avoidance is what writers should aim for to be able to deliver quality service to clients. Authors are able to give traffic to customer website and that would come in return of good earnings.

To avoid the filters, the best way is to spin the article in such a way that it has no distinguishable similarities with the original one. This way, search engines will have difficulty in detecting identical works.

One of the ways to reuse content that is convenient to the writer is to find a good computer program that does all the checking and comparing of articles. Using programs will help the author in making more articles and reusing them effectively.

Are you looking for software which checks for duplicate contentand also enables one to determine how unique the rewritten PLR articles are! Check out this amazing software at the website http://www.dupecop.net.

Generating More Traffic: Genuine Ways To Reuse Content

Wednesday 8 July 2009 @ 1:31 pm

As an author, writing articles for clients over the internet, originality and uniqueness is what I aim for. I always try my best to make sure that each piece has a significantly different idea than other pieces. Of course, there were times that we just cannot find inspiration in making new ones so I think of several ways to reuse content.

Rewriting an original piece takes much of my time because I have to think of a significantly inventive way in which I can deliver the same idea into another piece and so to other pieces.

I am very much concerned about this because similarity in content would mean no traffic to my websites or my clients websites. Search engines have duplicate content filters that regard pages and especially articles with identical content as spam. So, I have to be ingenious about reusing content and spinning articles.

Although, reading and checking rewritten pieces over and over again can be exhausting, such effort is necessary to ensure that I dont make similar pieces because if not, I would be exposing my work to duplicate content filter and that is not what the clients would want.

Duplicate content filter avoidance is an important awareness that a writer must have because being involved in article distribution is quite a challenging job. One should be able to write efficiently, creatively and maintain quality in content.

To prevent our articles to be categorized as spam, we should always be imaginative in creating our pieces because carefully studying articles to avoid duplicate content is a very intricate task.

The internet is a wide source of articles and finding a similar article with similar content is possible. We must find other convenient ways to reuse content for us to save time and money and assure us of the originality of each piece.

Tools and programs have been generated to tell how unique each article is from another but I found a device that caters to my needs as an author that relies on article distribution. This tool can be easily installed in the computer and does not need an internet connection to function.

I can use it offline and also check on my work online. It is good at ensuring spun articles are effective. Whenever I put in articles for comparison, it shows the percent on how each is unique to each other. It can also indicate if the rewrite that I have done is enough to be published on the internet.

Instead of me doing all the checking and rechecking, the program identifies portions that should be changed in order for it to be different from the other.

Starting a Successful Business Online: Copywriting Basics

Wednesday 10 June 2009 @ 3:56 am

One of the most overlooked skills in online business is copywriting. Copywriting is a crucial skill that can make the difference between whether or not you make the sale.

For those who don’t know what copywriting is, copywriting is where you write sales copy like ads, sales letters, and any other promotional materials you will use to promote your products or services. This is why it is so critical that you get it right.

If you want to write copy that sells, there are a few things I recommend you do:

1. Study good copy.

Although there is plenty of bad copy on the internet, there is plenty of good copy too. All you have to do is study what’s available. Choose pieces that make you want to buy. What is it about that sales letter or ad that made you want to buy the product/service? Incorporate those elements into your own copy.

2. Spend as much time as necessary crafting an effective headline.

Your headline will determine whether or not your copy gets read. You want to give your readers a reason to want to read the rest of your copy.

Make them a promise. Then explain your promise further in the copy by adding more benefits about your products/services. Benefits will tell your readers what the product will do for them.

3. Use software to help you write your copy.

There are tons of ebooks and software on the internet to help you write copy. Some of it is even free.

Software includes sales letter generators, lead capture page software, as well as headline generator software. These tools won’t replace learning how to write good copy; they will help you with formatting your copy, as well as improving your writing.

4. Use bullet points, subheadlines, and other elements to make your copy stand out.

This mainly works when you are writing longer pieces of copy, like sales letters. Bullet points allow you to quickly explain to your readers what your product is all about and outline the benefits of the product.

Bold headlines, italics, and other style elements allow you to emphasize different parts of your copy. Just make sure you use good design elements. Don’t use too many fonts. Use sans serif for headlines and serif for easier reading. Remember, readers read 25 percent slower online, so you want to make your copy as easy to read as possible.

Use your copy to get the attention of your reader. Please your reader, and you will make the sale.

Too Busy To Shop Around For A Copywriter?

Friday 22 May 2009 @ 5:07 pm

In today’s hectic world it can be hard to find enough hours in the day, especially if you are responsible for running a business. Of course the main focus of any business is attracting clients and making money, which all takes a tremendous amount of time and effort in the form of promotion and marketing. At the heart of your promotional efforts is your message, the one you want to get across to potential customers, which may well be published in brochures and leaflets, on websites and blogs and in the press via press releases.

Unless you are lucky enough to be in possession of superpowers, you probably hire outside talent to help you. Copywriters for your advertising, web content specialists and bloggers, specialist PR writers, designers - the list is endless. If you need this type of project done for you with any sort of regularity then you know how time consuming it can be to track down the right sort of freelancer to help you. There are numerous freelance sites where you can advertise your project, receive bids and then choose the freelancer for you, but this can be very time consuming and also somewhat hit and miss in terms of finding a quality freelancer.

By building up an ongoing relationship with a professional writing company, you can avoid the uncertainty of hiring new freelancers, and instead develop a single point of contact via which you can contract out all of your specialist work without the hassle of finding freelancers yourself.

A good professional writing company is likely to have a team of specialist writers available, who, by virtue of the fact that they are on the books, are pretty much guaranteed to give good results. This means that whether you need some articles for a specific website written this week, and some blog entries written next week and a great press release the week after that, you know that by outsourcing your work to this one professional writing company, they will be able to assign your project to the team member best suited to your needs for that task.

The amount of time and hassle that this strategy will save you is tremendous. Instead of tracking down a different freelancer for each project, checking their portfolio and weighing up whether they can get the job done, you will build up a relationship with one company who know about your business and who can get the job done.

There are numerous professional writing companies in existence, and not all of them offer the same services. You need to sit down and think about what your needs are likely to be in terms of work you need to outsource, and then set about finding a company that can handle those types of projects.

Make sure that the company you choose to work with has a strong team of writers specialising in different genres, and that they produce high quality original work. Refer to customer testimonials and portfolios to ensure that you are making the right choice.

From Search Engine Optimised articles to help you achieve far better results in organic internet searches; to more in-depth reports/books/e-books, at Exquisite Writing we are able to handle any writing project with diligent professionalism and we guarantee our writers are some of the most experienced and talented around.
