If you were able to control and set your core, unconscious beliefs and thoughts so you can be more successful, wealthier, happier and more fulfilled in every area of your life will that excite you?
We all have aspirations, goals and life-time dreams. Making these goals and dreams a reality is perhaps one of the most rewarding things we can do in our life-time. Unfortunately, although many people have goals and dreams, they do nothing about them. They do not take the necessary steps and actions to achieve them. They may want to consciously, but still find “excuses” not to do what it takes to accomplish what needs to be done.
Why is that? What is it that stops people from achieving their aspirations, goals and dreams? What stands in their way and steadfastly holds them back?
Although there can be a variety of reasons or obstacles that block people from aspiring after their goals and dreams, the biggest and major factor is the limiting beliefs that they hold within the confines of their unconscious mind: their core, limiting and self-sabotaging beliefs!
We all have beliefs. Every one of us does. It is through our beliefs that we see our world, how we perceive things. We have empowering and disempowering beliefs. It is these disempowering beliefs that stand in our way, that limit us from achieving or even aspiring after what we want.
It is important here to realise that approximately 90- to 95% of our beliefs are negative, disempowering ones. And, what’s even more vital to understand, is that our beliefs control our lives.
Have you ever wanted to get fit, and you got up one hour earlier and went off to the gym and worked out for an hour, only to find that after two or three weeks your enthusiasm began to dwindle, where the ’snooze’ button became your best friend?
What happened here is that your core beliefs took over; beliefs such as, “Nah, the bed’s warm. It’s cold out there” or “It’s raining outside. Forget the jog for today” or how about “Pizza and chocolate cakes are delicious. Go have the leftovers for breakfast, you know you want to”.
These are all powerful, limiting core beliefs, and they are by far more powerful than your willpower.
And how about other beliefs, such as, “I’m too old to make good money, now” or “I’ll never be rich and successful” or “I can’t afford to go on vacation this year”.
All limiting beliefs need to be eliminated if we are to progress further in life; if we are to make that great presentation, if we want to get fit and healthy, if we want to meet our soul mate, if we want that dream car or villa.
Your core, limiting beliefs can really hold you back from becoming, doing and having all that you want. So what do you do now that you know all that?
Notice your negative beliefs as they crop up. Write them down immediately as they surface. For example, let’s suppose you want to make more money and you set a goal to make an extra $1500 this year. As soon as you make that a goal make a note of all of the “yeah, but”.
These could be: “Yeah, but, I’m not worthy of more money” or “I have to work really hard for money” or “I don’t deserve more money”. If you have these, or similar beliefs you will not accomplish that goal because your limiting beliefs will block you.
Now that you recognise the limiting beliefs you will need to challenge and eliminate them. You can improve on your life by eliminating those beliefs that do not support you, those that are not in alignment with what you desire.
Here’s one very powerful way to eliminate limiting beliefs. It is fast and extremely effective:
Get yourself a thick, wide rubber band, one that fits loosely on your wrist. Keep that band on all day and all night for at least thirty days.
Whenever a negative or limiting thought or belief surfaces, pull the rubber band as far as it will go and let it go. ZAP! As you let it go, replace that limiting belief with something positive, usually the opposite of that thought or belief, and kiss your inner wrist better; kiss it passionately. Do this process three times, one after the other.
Yes, this could be painful and you could get bruises in your inner wrist. I know I did. And that’s the key. Your unconscious mind hates pain, and since you inflict pain on it every time you say something negative, it will quickly learn not to say, think or believe those negative things.
You will very quickly be rid of your limiting beliefs, those that stop you from having and living the life that you want. Stick with it and you will truly see a huge difference in the quickest time possible.
Why delay? Go get yourself a thick, wide rubber band and start a new life!

Is being assertive difficult for you? Are you always concerned about what others think about you or how things should be? Dislike being alone and feel powerless?
The 3rd energy center - Solar Plexus Chakra or often known as your power center is found below the sternum/breast bone and above the navel. Digestion is the main function of the solar plexus chakra. Digestive problems, food allergies, diabetes, gallstones, ulcers, and liver complaints are some of the physical conditions that are associated with this chakra.
Psychologically the Solar Plexus is responsible for digesting emotions. Pain is what is beneath anger, and as a result hides the inner power lying dormant within you. Suppressed emotions that are not serving you hold this powerful energy captive and until they are dealt with and released you will not be able to reach your full potential.
The Solar Plexus is all about your self esteem your power and identity. The energy of your third chakra was developing around the age of 5 and you needed to know how unique you were. You had to learn that you had power and that you could use that power by asserting yourself when you needed to be heard.
If your parents did not validate you with statements that you were powerful, affirm that you could do whatever you set your heart on, and remind you that you were given wonderful gifts and talents to fulfill your purpose here on earth then your third chakra would be immature.
For many people parents did not validate or affirm their children with these powerful statements of who they really are. None the less it is never too late to validate yourself with these truths and bring your power chakra into alignment.
Gaining an understanding about your Solar Plexus chakra will help you get in touch with your intuition or your “gut instincts” that sends you the signal to do or not to do something, and helps you to maintain your own personal power.
This is the last of the personal chakras, and from this chakra we move to the heart chakra which is the first of the universal chakras making this chakra an important place of transition.
Here are some ways to bring your Solar Plexus chakra into balance:
* Release the energy of the emotions that you are experiencing as they surface up, by using some release techniques.
* Yellow is the color that is associated with this chakra. Use it to balance this chakra.
* Essential oils: Rosemary, Juniper, Geranium, Peppermint, black pepper, Ginger
* Gems: Citrine, tiger eye, topaz
* Place your hand on your 3rd chakra just above your belly button and below your sternum while repeating these statements:
I choose to release all my fears and struggles that have to do with power and
struggle.
I fully step into my power now.
It is safe for me to be powerful.
I am using my power to better my life and all of mankind.
Write in your journal and mention one step you will take to take back your power and be the unique and powerful person that you are.

It is indeed refreshing to be positive in life. We all have lots of things going on in our lives - from our demanding careers, to family concerns, to health issues - indeed, what we encounter day to day requires the right attitude to be able to make our lives happier and our goals easier to reach. Maybe all you need are little positive thinking tips to get you started.
(1) Be thankful. Most often, we always look at what we do not have in life. We can right then and there identify what is lacking in our lives but it is hard for us to be grateful of what we have. There are a lot of things to be thankful for. If you did not get the promotion, be thankful you still have a job. Be thankful to the challenges in life, as it will help you live stronger. Being grateful, indeed, can turn the negative into positive - somehow it just a matter of looking at life a little differently.
(2) Believe in yourself. Events and situations in life may not be the way you want them to be and some people may put you down and disappoint you, that is why you have to believe in yourself. Cultivate the attitude to be able to tell yourself confidently that everything will get better. Eliminating self-doubt will help you reach your goals whatever challenges may come to you.
(3) Write positive affirmations to yourself and keep them. Positive affirmations are powerful positive thinking tips that you can adopt in your life. You can write them into a paper and keep them. For some, you can watch it on video every morning or you can tell it to yourself every time you wake up. This way, you are overpowering and slowly eliminating the many negative thoughts that have been buried in your subconscious for many years.
(4) Write all negative attitudes you have and burn them. If you have a bad habit of saying negative things to your self or if you often have negative thoughts about something, write it down and burn them.
(5) Give yourself positive affirmations in front of the mirror. One of the many positive thinking tips you can do is to do positive affirmation in front of the mirror. Tell yourself statements that will help you think positively about yourself. If you have a specific goal in mind, like you want to attract a good man in your life, or you want to attract good health, there are also affirmations that are specific into those subjects.
(6) Don’t let negative people influence your thoughts. These people will pull you down and tell you that you cannot do this or that. If not, they will tell you of problems that will soon happen to you. They will only discourage you with negative statements that will only push you to doubt yourself. Your choice then is to avoid these kinds of people or do not let their discouraging words put you down. Go with people who are positive about life and you will also be positive about life. These attitudes are contagious, thus be careful who you are going with.
So if you want to change the way you look at things and live life positively, you can start with these positive thinking tips. By learning how to be positive with your thoughts, you will eventually realize how good it is to think positively and live life positively.

Positive thinking is a powerful tool in living a good life. One of the best ways to be motivated in life is also to develop positive thinking as a habit. When you learn to be positive about life and cultivate positive thoughts, indeed you will be happier.
Of course, when you think you are not smart enough, or you are not as attractive as anyone else, you seem to put yourself down, feel sorry for everything you do, destroy your self-confidence and the worst, you don’t motivate yourself to reach for your goals. If you develop positive thinking, you understand why you fail at times and you will learn never to give up on your goals. If you have this perseverance, you will most likely achieve what you want in life.
Positive thinking also has lots of benefits on your health. From coping with depression to getting rid of stress and you will be able to develop great skills in coping up with any problems in life. There are many ways that you can develop positive thinking and there are simple ways that you can do to practice it. Here are a few things that will help you think positive and stay positive.
- Be with positive people. Stay away from people who talk about their neighbors, or criticize everything that they see or hear. Spend time with supportive individuals. Of course, who would want to be around with people who discourage you and drain you of your positive energy even before you start reaching for your goals.
- Be aware of your thoughts. If you want to develop positive thinking, it is important to be aware of your own thoughts. If you find yourself always thinking that you are tired, you will eventually feel tired. If you are someone who always says to yourself ‘I don’t think that will work,’ it will really never work. Be aware of the negative thoughts you are feeding to your mind and train yourself to make them into positive ones. Instead of thinking ‘I don’t think it will work,’ try thinking ‘I’ll try to make it work.’ That way, you are getting rid of negative thoughts and you are also motivating yourself.
- Learn positive affirmation. Positive affirmation is very helpful in changing negative self-talk. Most often, we tell ourselves we are stupid, or we are careless. Imagine how much we negative thoughts we are putting deep into our minds and our subconscious. Positive affirmations work the same way and instead of those negative comments, we inject positive things into our minds. Positive affirmations are short sentences that you can say to yourself everyday to feed your mind and your subconscious. Examples of these affirmations to develop positive thinking are ‘I love and appreciate myself,’ ‘I love and care for my body,’ ‘ I learn from my mistakes’ and many other affirmations you can use.
- Exercise. Exercise will not just keep you fit but it will also help you feel better about your self. The more you exercise to keep fit, the more you will reinforce your mind with positive thoughts like ‘I am healthy,’ ‘I love my body,’ ‘I take care of myself’ and many other positive thoughts.
- Smile and have a good laugh. When you smile, you radiate positive energy to people around you, and when you allow yourself to enjoy life, you will reject negative thoughts in your mind. Allowing yourself to be happy and see the world as something so beautiful is indeed one simple way to develop positive thinking and staying positive in life.

Isn’t it a dream for all of us to attract the man we want to be with for the rest of our lives? If you are single and looking for the ‘right man,’ of course, you should not just wait and see. Learn the ways to attract men.
Even if you are married, you need to maintain that thing that attracted your husband to you. It does not mean that you have tied the knot you just let the marriage go on its course without making an effort to, at least, keep your husband interested in you.
So, here are easy ways to attract men and finally get the man you want in your life.
- Socialize. Meet new friends. Travel. The only way to meet the man of your dreams is to put down that remote control, get yourself out of the couch and meet new friends, enjoy a hobby or sport, volunteer at a charity, or go to the gym.
- Make sure you smell good. The sense of smell is one way that humans attract the opposite sex. Try to pick a smell that best suits your personality. Try to have an appealing fragrance without smelling too strong.
- Be positive, think positive. Women sometimes blurt out negative comments about other women they see and this is not a good way to attract men. Get rid of whining and complaining or some lashing out to some people you encounter - there are definitely more positive things you can talk about. Keep in mind that the magic of attraction always happens to people who are positive about life.
- Be friendly. Keep a smile on your face. People want to befriend someone who is approachable and friendly, so maintain a friendly disposition. It is not pretending. I truly believe there is a good side in all of us, so show it.
- Maintain a good eye contact. Maintaining good eye contact when doing conversations with men is essential - as much as you want your man to be attentive to you. So imagine how much it flatters you when your man gives you all the attention you want, so be attentive too. Learn to listen.
- Use your body. No, not what you think. Gestures like fixing your eyes on him and looking away, or rubbing your neck are body languages used by women in attracting the opposite sex. Body languages are powerful ways to attract men as well. If you know how to give that ’signals’ that you like the man, it will surely add bonus points to your efforts.
- Be yourself. Be honest. Do not pretend to be somebody you are not. Not only will this be a turnoff, this will also create
- Give good conversations. Men are often attracted most to women who can give a good conversation. Read a lot. Words are one of the most powerful ways to attract men. Carefully select the choices of your words, without being dishonest of course. Sometimes, it is not about how you dress or how you smell but at times, attraction is about words and conversations.
These are just actually a few easy ways to attract men. If you want to go deeper into these ways, you can always find great resources on the details of how to attract the man you want in your life.

Love is giving and relationships should never be without giving. Sometimes men and women whine and complain too much about what their partners haven’t done to them but they are not actually thinking about giving the other. For women, pleasing your man is an essential thing in relationships, as much as you want to be pleased by your partner.
If you want to make your relationship happy, try first to think about giving without demanding anything in return. The more you give, the more you attract positive things done unto you. So do not wait for anything else, find ways in pleasing your man and build a great relationship now.
Learn to appreciate
Do not be too focused on getting a compliment on what you wear or getting that favor from your partner, be appreciative of what he has done to you - may it be a big favor or a small one. Learn to be aware of the sacrifices he has to make for you and the family, and even if he is already your lifetime partner, learn to say thank you and give it genuinely. Praise him if he has great qualities and achievements, or if has set a good example to others.
Look at his positive self
Rather than nagging on his faults and mistakes, learn to see his positive side and encourage him. Sometimes when you have been with your man for too long already, you tend to see the bad things about him that you have never seen before marriage, but you never focus on his strengths. Always make sure the positive outweighs the negatives you see in him.
Learn to accept your faults
Pleasing your man also means learning to apologize when you are wrong and avoiding argument. We all have faults and weaknesses and being able to accept it is not only a sign of courage but a way to help your relationship grow.
Find different ways in pleasing your man in bed
Sex is an essential part of married life and keeping the romance alive between the two of you is one good way to make happier and exciting relationships. Do it not as a chore but show him that you enjoy lovemaking with him. Men often want variety even in sex so be creative. Always make sure that you give time and spend time alone with each other.
Honor and respect your man
Show your man that you respect and honor him. Do not point out on is mistakes by yelling, nagging and belittling him. Choose your words carefully when talking to your man and watch how you say it. You may be right but how you say it will often bring out arguments and misunderstandings. Respect his interests and his passion.
Learn to give
Giving as mentioned above is one key to a good marriage. Do not always demand what you want, instead, think about what you can give to your man. The more you think about what you can do to make your man happy, the more you will attract nice things done unto you too.
Thinking about pleasing your man everyday, even in little ways, is indeed one good thing you can do to make a happy relationship. Start now and find how it will improve your relationship with your man.

Most of us may feel that the lack of self-confidence hinders us from reaching our goals and achieving what we want in our lives. Sometimes, we are looking everywhere to know how to increase self-confidence because we want to get that dream and we just don’t know how.
Knowing how to increase self-confidence is important in our lives, especially if you want to reach for something, you want to realize your dreams and you want to live a good life. If you truly believe in your self and can eliminate self-doubt, it could even be your key to be successful.
- Tell yourself some positive affirmations. Telling yourself positive statements everyday and repeatedly will help you eliminate the negative thoughts and beliefs in your subconscious and with this, you can choose to think about positive thoughts. This technique has become widely used in achieving success in love, money, business, and in realizing your dreams and in just anything in life. It is also one good way to learn how to increase self-confidence to be able to do what you want to achieve in life.
- Always prepare and do your best. Positive affirmations and visualizations work best if you also take action. Work on it and always be prepared. Being prepared is one key to get that confidence you want. If you know well what you are doing, you will be confident about it.
- Maintain a good posture. How you stand and how you present and carry yourself is a factor in boosting your self-confidence. In fact, it is an instant way to get a boost of confidence - so keep your head up, stand up straight and no slouching.
- Give and do something good to the society. If you think about being of help to others, you will get your mind off from your weaknesses and your shortcomings. This will help you take your mind off from the many worries and fears you have in yourself. This will also help you build confidence that you can actually make a difference in other people’s lives.
- Be grateful. Think about the great things you have. Be thankful of the many good things you have. When you appreciate and recognize that you have many things to be thankful for, you will feel more confident. Sometimes what is keeping us to feel confident is the thought that we do not have this and that, so start by counting your blessings.
- Exercise. Exercising will help your body function well and it will give you that good feeling on doing your task for the day. Having an active body will indeed help you feel good and confident about yourself and in anything that you need to overcome during the day.
- Enjoy and celebrate your success. If you are able to reach your goal, acknowledge it. Get rid of comments like ‘anybody could do that,’ instead acknowledge and accept compliments.
Learning how to increase self-confidence is also learning to become positive about life. If you believe in yourself and in what you are capable of, you will be able to look at life positively and you will believe that you can actually live a fulfilling life.

Our mind is powerful and so are our thoughts. The more we think about one thing, the more we are drawn to put it into action - that is why we need to be careful with our thoughts and we should get rid of negative thoughts to learn how to be positive in life.
Being positive brings wonderful results in your life. It will bring you peace within yourself, it will allow you to be a desirable person towards others and build wonderful relationships, and maintaining a positive energy around you will help a lot in living a good and life of abundance.
Learning how to be positive in life can be a little difficult for some especially if troubles and frustrations are looming but you can gradually start with it so that little by little, you will be able to conquer and take command of your life and stay positive. Here are some things you can start with.
- Learn positive affirmations. Learn positive thinking exercises that will focus yourself into the positives in life.
- Believe in yourself. Eliminate self-doubt and build confidence that you can achieve what you are aiming for.
- Think positive. Speak positive. Feel positive. Be optimistic and think about the positive side of things. If you are feeling low, think about something that is happy or create a happy picture in your mind. Be conscious also of the words that come out of your mouth. Avoid negative words as much as possible. Get away from negative feelings as well. Try to remain focused on being positive.
- Visualize. This will give you the motivation to get what you want or overcome whatever it is that is troubling you. Think about the things you want and the life you want to live. Think that you are there and feel the emotions that you would feel if you have reached your goals. Being able to picture out what you want to accomplish will give you the positive drive to work towards your goals.
- Take action on your goals. Of course, if you want something done, you have to put an effort to achieve it. Your dreams and aspirations will never be realized by just thinking about it. Make a plan on how you will achieve it. Start from small and manageable tasks and seize opportunities that may come your way.
- Help others. Volunteer your time or your abilities. The more you share and help those who need it, the more you will feel positive in yourself. Try helping out or volunteering in a charity if you have difficulties in life and you will feel a surge of positive feeling afterwards.
- Be with positive people. Stay away from those who draw you to negative thoughts and discouragements. One simple way to learn how to be positive in life is to surround yourself with positive people.
- Be thankful. Even if there are troubles in your way, you can always find things that you will be grateful for. Many things in life are valued only if we lost them or we badly needed them, so take time to appreciate and be thankful for them. Don’t look at your life through the troubles you have met. Instead, look at it through the things that worked well, through your successes in life and the positive things that happened to you. Always outweigh the negative thoughts with the good ones.
Learning how to be positive in life is indeed one way to make better relationships, good health, success and a happier life. So take time to cultivate positive thinking.

It can take us to exotic lands, with powdery white beaches and clear azure skies. It can take us back in time-even to prehistoric days-or forward to the Big Brother world of the 25th century. It can fill our eyes with tears or make us laugh aloud. Reading opens a window to the world, giving us a vision of things we never dreamed possible. But, though you might not realize it, reading can also reduce your stress level.
For one thing, reading can help with problem-solving, which, in and of itself, can relieve stress. Say you are overweight, and that is contributing to your stress. It seems that the more weight you gain, the more stressed out you become, and the more you eat. By reading books about good nutrition, you can learn to plan meals that are low-cal and low-fat. As a result, your weight problem might disappear-and your stress level will be greatly improved.
Reading can also be relaxing. When you curl up with a good book, you put the rest of the world at bay. You take time out to travel to distant worlds, to learn about different time periods, and to expose yourself to out-of-this-world philosophies. You are essentially taking a vacation of the mind-but one that can be relatively cost-free, especially if you live near a library.
Reading can be a source of great hope, which can also help to relieve your stress. Through biographies, you can read about famous people and learn how they overcame their struggles. These stories of triumph might inspire you to seek ways to overcome the challenges in your own life. Inspirational books can send your spirit soaring, enabling you to accomplish things you never dreamed possible.
Of course, there are instances when reading can raise your stress level. For instance, if you are studying for a test, or reading about tragedies in your local newspaper, you might find your stress level skyrocketing. That is why it is important to be choosy when it comes to your reading material. If you’re feeling stressed, pick up a book that will relax you-perhaps a travel book, a cookbook, or a book of poetry. Resist the urge to read something that could simply make you feel more troubled.
Self-help books are particularly effective in helping to reduce stress. They allow you to explore your feelings and the triggers that lead to stress. And they recommend such techniques as listening to soothing music, playing a musical instrument, playing cards, or engaging in deep breathing in order to deal with stressful situations.
Or you might buy a book to learn about a hobby that can further reduce your stress. Perhaps it’s needlepoint, woodworking, or crochet. It may be origami, calligraphy, or stenciling. You can learn how to refinish furniture, paint, renovate your kitchen, or redecorate your bathroom. You can either build upon a skill you already have, or learn a new one from scratch.
It has been shown that reading novels can relieve depression, so it should come as no surprise that such an activity can also reduce your stress. When you read a novel, you travel to a distant place, metaphorically speaking. This allows you to use your imagination freely as you try to picture characters and settings. It’s a wonderful escape from the pressures of everyday living, and can allow you to return to your life feeling more refreshed.
Reading also forces you to concentrate-concentration which might be otherwise lost due to stress. As a result, you learn to exercise your mind-an exercise that can bear much fruit. Thanks to your reading, you may notice you find it easier to remember things which can, in turn, reduce your stress level.
If you find that you don’t like to read, you might start with graphic novels. These comic book-like creations might appeal to you because of their interesting pictures. Or you might simply start with glossy magazines. In the long run, it doesn’t matter so much what you read as how much you read. Read in the grocery line, at the bank, or while pedaling your stationary bike. You’ll quickly find that the more you read, the more you will want to read, and the less stress you will feel.

We are multi-dimensional beings and our health follows suit. We have our physical health, our mental health and our spiritual health to name a few. When we are out of whack in one area we suffer in all areas. And everyone has experienced some fear in their life.
So when you hear the word FEAR what comes to mind? Do you believe you are fearless? Do you fear a few, major life-threatening things? Or are you afraid of everything, including your own shadow? Fear can paralyze us. It can stop us from achieving our dreams and it can have a significant impact on our health.
I have heard that fear stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. There are many times where we are fear-filled and agonize over some event that never happens, yet the chemistry that is generated and not utilized is stored in our body.
When we are afraid or worried, we set off certain chemical reactions in our bodies. While the consequences may not show up instantly they do add up over time. Those small ‘adds’ end up accumulating over time and eventually affect our health.
If you would like more specifics on this there is a wonderful movie out called “What the Bleep”. In it, there are doctors, scientists, and other experts who have very colorful and graphic ways of explaining how stress affects our bodies and even how we get addicted to that negative chemistry. These addictions can cause us to create dramas in our lives just so we can get our ‘fix’. You can get addicted to fear.
Have you ever noticed that happy people or people who have learned to manage their fears, or see them for what they are, also seem to be healthier people? Medical science is starting to put more credence in how our beliefs and thinking affect our health. It is very important for us to watch what we think and what we accept as truth and reality. If we continue to live our life in the illusion of fear we will adversely affect our health both mentally and physically.
Some may not believe that our thoughts affect our health. Yet with science starting to prove what the sages of the past have been saying, isn’t it time we started to listen?
Look at it from this perspective - what have you got to lose? By changing our thoughts to be more positive, productive, and courageous we could actually be preserving or repairing our health. Isn’t this worth considering and taking action on?
The best way to handle a fear is head on. Look it in the eye and deal with it when it comes up. Every time you face a fear you lessen the effect it has on you. Eventually you will conquer the fear, and thereby improve your health at the same time.
The thing you fear may never happen to you, and yet you may have spent hours, days, or weeks, and perhaps even years creating a lot of negative chemistry in your body. Will you take action, face your fear and get healthier, or will you wallow in fear and suffering? The choice is up to each one of us.
What choice will you make?
