Ice Skates - From Fashion Faux Pas To Masculine Masquerade

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:59 pm

Ice Hockey is a popular sport, and is as celebrated for its on-pitch fisty-cuffs as it is for its actual sporting merits. The sports antics have been immortalised on the silver screen in Slapshot, The Mighty Ducks and aspiringly at least, in Happy Gilmore. It is a game of passion, skill and ten tonnes of testosterone. Considering the history of ice skates, I consider ice hockey to be at odds with its past. A dichotomy is created between the graceful nature of gliding on ice and full on thunderous act of hitting a puck in someone’s face.

The dictionary definition of puck, interestingly enough, is a disc of vulcanised rubber to be aimed at a goal in the game of ice hockey. I think this should read as a disk of vulcanised rubber aimed at the goal keeper’s face in the game of ice hockey. Such nuances are of utmost importance in understanding the rules of a game. Should it transpire that Douglas Adams’ Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy is in fact a factual account of an actual guide book, such information being erroneously acted upon could lead to prosecution by Zargob the Great, resulting in a slow and painful death by data entry.

Coming back to the issue at hand, the origins of ice skates come back to a need to be able to traverse icy landscapes safely and swiftly. Some of the earliest information about the use of skates to cross icy lakes and ’scapes can be dated to the early twelfth century; bones were strapped to feet to provide a skating platform. Judging by the length of the bones it can be deduced that the skates were more of a ski, and probably used to glide over ice as opposed to skate as we know it.

During the evolution of ice skates, various styles were tried, with alternative strappings and blade lengths. In a collection of pictures that depict the history of ice skating, it can be seen that bones gives way to metal blade, and wooden platforms become shoes then boots. At some point in this development, there was a style of ice skate that looks very much like the shoes of an elf. Could it be that Santa’s elves in the heart of Lapland are portrayed with upturned toes on their shoes to mimic the early form of ice skate? These were ornate wooden platforms with a metal blade that that was punctuated by a bullet shaped tip, a bit like the bells or pom poms on as seen on elf boots. Enough of the digression; apart from to pontificate the point regarding the humble beginnings of the ice skate and its present application on an ice hockey rink.

Continuing with the fashion theme however, it can be noted that maybe there is an inkling of style and sophistication that can be attributed to the game of ice hockey. The clothes worn by the players have often played a large part in the fashion choice of hockey loving Americans and, Ice hockey mad Canadians. Oversized shirts, branded bags and boots all lend themselves to a certain fashionably conscious aesthetic. Maybe the game isn’t as full of cave-man testosterone as the players like to portray; maybe gliding on the ice in carefully chosen attire is a display of masculinity and the graceful nature of the ice skate is being used to balance the aggression of wielding a hockey stick as a weapon.

Information On Online Lead Generation Services

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:49 pm

Lead generation (commonly abbreviated as lead-gen) is a marketing term that refers to the creation or generation of prospective consumer interest or inquiry into a business products or services. Often lead generation is associated with marketing activity targeted at generating sales opportunities for a company’s sales force.

Therefore a lead is correctly described as information regarding or provided by a consumer that may be interested in making a purchase. Whereas, generation is one of many activities that may produce that information and perceived interest.

The nature of lead generation depends entirely on the decision process of the buyer For complex products and services requiring a complex decision process, the keys are identifying the most likely prospects and then educating and qualifying them before deploying more expensive sales resources. The education benefits the buyer; qualification benefits the seller. This gradual lead cultivation process can go on for months and involve several individuals involved in evaluating a solution.

For commodity products, the rendezvous dilemma is one where two parties are seeking each other, but are obscured by time, distance, or attention. In essence there is a set of well matched candidates for product purchase within a larger set of poorly matched candidates. Those well matched candidates are what one is seeking to attract or identify in effective lead generation.

In an economic climate marked by uncertainty, online marketers are increasingly investing a greater amount of their advertising dollars against CPL (Cost per Lead) online lead generation campaigns. Advertisers pay for impressions in CPM (Cost per Thousand Impressions) campaigns. CPC (Cost per Click) campaigns require that advertisers pay for clicks. In either scenario, there are no guarantees that impressions and clicks will convert into qualified leads. In contrast, marketers pay exclusively for leads in a CPL campaign.IDC, March 2007.

Since 2000, an increasing number of sales organizations have been shifting their direct marketing budgets into the online channel. The internet allows for the development of an extremely targeted lead generation campaign offering geographic, demographic, and contextual targeting services.

Although the online channel is growing extremely rapidly, with search marketing and pay per click (PPC) advertising commanding the bulk of advertisers online budgets, the demand for highly skilled search marketers remains high. Similarly, a number of software tools (such as bid management software) have emerged, allowing individual search marketers to more efficiently manage their paid search campaigns.

A GP Bullhound Research report states that from 2006- 2007, the online lead generation market grew at 71% YTY more than twice as fast as the online advertising market. Today, the online lead generation segment is valued at dollar 1.3 billion, and is expected to cross dollar 2 billion by 2008. The rapid growth is primarily driven by the advertiser demand for ROI focused marketing. Given the increasingly ROI minded focus of online marketers, the online lead generation segment is expected to maintain its impressive growth.

The industry segment has begun to take notice of advertiser demand for increased transparency. An increasing number of transparent single publisher sites such as Hillclimb Media, Orbitz, Monster, Mindurgecom, Respond are offering online lead generation advertising opportunities to advertisers. Innovations such as the Pontiflex GENList enable advertisers to find and connect transparently with publishers directly and bypass the third party brokers.

E-mail Marketing Is A Great Strategy

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:48 pm

E-mail marketing was the first marketing strategy that was used for online marketing purpose. E-mail marketing since then has come a long way. Today while e-mail marketing one has to pay considerable respect and attention to the laws and regulations of e-mail marketing. Commercial marketing through e-mail is still not that popular and many recipients of such mails call it as spam and delete it even without opening the mail. Spam is defined as sending a big and large e-mails or attachments of unsolicited commercial information. These e-mails are mostly sent to recipient without their permission or consent and hence are called as spam mails. E-mail marketing related to business content should make sure that they follow the rules of piracy as well as spam act. In most of the countries their governments look after the implementation the spam act.

Thanks to miscreants and some abusive use of the email service and the constant to media attention on these subjects, e-mail marketing has developed a negative effect and a bad name. Thoughtful and legal use of this platform can be made to get maximum benefits from marketing campaigns and to popularize your product. But many people do not undertake e-mail marketing because it is not that cost effective and efficient as compared to other internet marketing methods.

E-mail marketing has two specific types namely:
- Sending e-mails to improve client relationship. That is to encourage existing clients to carry on business or to invite the old clients to business again.
- Sending emails and new letters to people who have signed for the service. These e-mails can also contain advertisements and links to the official web site of the organization.

The crucial and most important factor of an e-mail marketing campaign is the total number of recipients who have received the e-mail, the total number of recipients who have shown interest and replied to the e-mail and the total number of people who finally bought the product.

Another important aspect of email marketing is to target the right kind of people who will not only show interest in the product as well as buy it. E-mail marketing gives optimum output and gives good results if the marketing is done by targeting a group of people or certain people who you know will show interest in the product. For e.g., if a company is running a special offer or discount of soft ware programs then e-mails of such campaigns should be sent only to people related to the software field and people who will actually buy the discounted software program.

Target e-mail marketing is very important because people get easily annoyed or irritated if they receive e-mails with content that has no use for them. This will form a bad reputation of your organization and from next time people will delete your mails even without reading them. Also the vice versa of this is true and e-mails with relevant information are always welcomed by people.

Sleep Apnea: Are You a Sufferer?

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:47 pm

People across the country today suffer from different sleep disorders because of various reasons and conditions. There is snoring, restless leg syndrome and many more sleeping disorders affecting millions of people in today’s world. There are plenty of remedies for all of these conditions but a couple of them must be prescribed by a doctor or sleep specialist.

One of the sleep disorders not mentioned above is sleep apnea. This disorder is extremely serious and causes disruptions in a person’s breathing while they are sleeping. During the night the person with the disorder will awaken almost a hundred times to begin breathing again.

The one catch is that the person will more than likely not remember waking up in the middle of the night. This condition can worsen with age. An apnea is considered a period of 10 or more seconds when a person with the disorder stops breathing.

This disorder causes people that have it to have a night of restless sleep and can make them extremely tired during the day. This can lead to falling asleep at the wheel of a motor vehicle, falling asleep standing up and other dangerous problems because of a tired state.

Sleep apnea most often occurs in people who are overweight but it can occur in people who are thin. People with this condition can and most likely will snore but not all people who snore have this condition. People with this condition usually don’t know they have it until they are tested at a sleep center or their bed partner notices the signs of the condition.

There are two types of sleep apnea. They are obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea occurs when the airway to breath is blocked or obstructive.

In central sleep apnea the airway to breath is not blocked or obstructed but the brain does not signal the muscles to breath because of the inconsistency of the respiratory control center. This condition is caused by a stroke, heart failure, kidney failure and other problems.

Sleep apnea can be treated effectively, enabling the person with the disorder to sleep easy and not have trouble breathing during the night. A person with the disorder will be given a CPAP, which is a mask worn at night by the patient.

The mask pumps or forces air through the upper airway to prevent any apneas from occurring during the night. Other treatments are losing weight for overweight patients, sleeping on your side, setting a regular sleep schedule, dental appliances and even surgery can be used to solve this serious problem.

Dental appliances are used to keep the tongue from blocking the person’s airway and keep them open during the night while the patient sleeps. There are dentists around that specialize in treating this serious condition.

The surgical procedures are used for people with a deviated nasal septum, patients that have markedly enlarged tonsils, an overbite and are usually performed after the use of a CPAP has not improved the condition. Most of these surgical procedures can be done as outpatient procedures.

Understanding Medicare Advantage Plans

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:43 pm

Medicare Advantage was created out of the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003. In short, Medicare Advantage was designed to allow private carriers like Anthem Blue Cross, United HealthCare, Humana and others to create health care plans designed for individuals using Original Medicare. The plans would be uniformed to cover what is offered by Original Medicare along with enhanced benefits such as preventive care, dental, vision and even hearing.

These Medicare Advantage Plans come with additional supports for seniors to help minimize overall medical expenses. Medicare Advantage is approximately a 17 percent subsidy on top of the 80 percent paid by Original Medicare.

To be eligible for Medicare Advantage Plans the below listed requirements must be met:
- Must have Part A Original Medicare
- Must continue to pay for Part B Original Medicare
- Must live in a plan service area
- Can Not have End Stage Renal Disease at the time
of enrollment

To help you understand the difference let us assume that you are 68 years of age and you require a Hip Replacement. After the initial doctor’s visit, the specialist visit, the surgery and about 6 months of rehabilitation, you have amassed $68,000 in medical bills.

Under Original Medicare:
- Medicare will pay 80 percent or $54,400
- You are responsible for the outstanding 20
percent or $13,600 out of your pocket

So how do you plan to cover the $13,600 in expenses? For most, that is a huge expense especially if you only have Original Medicare. If you are fortunate enough to have an affordable Medicare Supplement this may not be a big issue. However, for millions of Americans, paying for a supplement is not an option on a fixed income. This is one of the reasons why the Medicare Advantage System exists.

Under Medicare Advantage:
- Original Medicare will cover 80 percent or
$54,400
- With Medicare Advantage covering another 17
percent (roughly) or $11,500
- Your total out of pocket expenses are roughly
$2100

I’m sure you’re thinking, Medicare Advantage can save me a lot of money on my medical bills. Sign Me Up! Well, before you sign it’s important to understand the different types of Plan Networks. This is where seniors tend to make a mistake, buying an Advantage Plan just based on price. If you choose the wrong network, you will be spending more money for medical services.

In general, there are 3 different types of Medicare Advantage Plan “Networks” available. They are as follow:
- Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO Plans)
- Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO Plans)
- Private Fee for Service (PFFS Plans)

HMO Medicare Advantage Networks have the smallest network of providers. HMO Networks are small because they have a limited number of doctors, hospitals, and other facilities. PPO Medicare Advantage Network has a wider number of doctors, hospitals, and facilities so it will allow more choices for individuals who may need care which may not be offered within the smaller HMO Network. Privat Fee For Service represents the largest number of doctors, hospitals and facilities available to treat senior for medical conditions.

Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO):
- There will be copayments and coinsurance
- You must receive care from a doctor in the HMO
Network
- You must receive hospitalization from within
the HMO Network
- You must use the facilities within the HMO
Network
- You must have prior authorization in order to
see a specialist
- You must see a specialist in the HMO Network
- If you get services outside of the HMO Network
you will be subject to full Out of Network
Charges
- Some HMO Networks have their own prescription
drug program (ie; Medicare Part D)

The HMO Medicare Advantage Networks are probably the most restrictive but they are effective if you do not mind switching doctors, hospitals, and other facilities.

Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO):
- There will be copayments and coinsurance
- You can see any doctor that participate in the
network
- You must receive hospitalization from hospitals in
the network
- You must use the facilities accepting Medicare
- You must have prior authorization in order to see
a specialist
- You will be subject to a percentage of Out-of-
Network charges (usually up to 30 percent) if you
seek services outside the PPO Network.
- Some PPO Networks have their own prescription drug
program (ie; Medicare Part D)

Choosing a Medicare Advantage PPO Network is less of a hassle because you can generally get services all over the State but often from only one hospital provider network. If you go south for the winter you must find services in that local network.

Private Fee for Service (PFFS):
- Copayments and Coinsurance will apply
- Can see any Medicare approved doctor
- Can go to any Medicare approved hospital
- Can go to any Medicare approved facility
- Can seek services outside of service areas
- Don’t need referrals or prior authorization to see
a specialist
- Generally they have individual Medicare
Prescription Drug Plan but there are plans that
include Prescription Drugs

If you choose this type of Medicare Advantage Plan it provides an individual with the greatest amount of freedom. There are no network restrictions for hospitals, doctors or other facilities.

Now that you understand the difference and different plans you must determine if this is the right plan for you. You must determine if it makes more sense to pay now or pay later but choose wisely and know the details of your specific plan and if your doctors are in the network. Sometimes the wellness benefits like dental and hearing are the key to making a choice. Certainly if you cannot afford the premiums of a traditional Medicare Supplement then this is a good option. If you know of someone who isn’t happy having an Advantage Plan they most likely didn’t look into the network.

Vitamin B17 and the FDA

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:36 pm

It seems that a greater number of people these days are taking steps to try to become healthier. People are eating healthier foods and exercising more.

Additionally, people are becoming more aware of the world around them and how they affect that world. People want to know to purchase more locally grown food so as to support local farmers. People are buying organic products so as to support fair trade and people’s rights as well as to promote conservatism of the earth’s resources.

So, it will make a lot of people interested to know that vitamin B17 comes from something completely natural-apricot seeds. Yes, that’s right-vitamin B-17 is a natural product, as its source is just a regular, everyday, common fruit. Apricot seeds are what make up vitamin B-17, that’s it. This vitamin is a purified form of the substance that is found inside apricot seeds. This substance is called amygdalin, and it is what is used to create vitamin B-17.

That makes taking vitamin B-17 to prevent cancer completely natural. When you take these vitamin tablets-available in either 100mg or 500mg strength pills, which can be split to smaller sizes-you can be confident in knowing that you are taking a natural product.

It may seem rather strange, but this is, indeed, where vitamin B17 comes from. There’s good reasoning behind this, too-it wasn’t done arbitrarily by some vitamin manufacturer.

Apricot seeds contain amygdalin. Amygdalin has cyanide locked away, ready to battle cancer-and this cyanide can only be unlocked by a cancer cell because only those cells have the special unlocking enzyme. Once unlocked, the cyanide kills the cancer cell. Nearby cells aren’t harmed because a neutralizing agent is released with the cyanide to protect those cells.

Once this was discovered, a biochemist studied the substance and learned how to purify it. Then, in 1952, amygdalin was given its vitamin status based (at least partly) upon recommendation from the co-founder of the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Today, the NCI doesn’t readily acknowledge the benefits of vitamin B17, though.

After reading a great deal of information about vitamin B17 and amygdaline and laetrile, you will come to find out that thousands of people have been using these substances-either through vitamin B17 tablets, through apricot seeds, or both-to keep themselves cancer-free for many years. In addition, many more people have stated that these products have helped them to cure their cancer more quickly or to keep it in remission for far longer than what doctors had thought possible.

Through reading about all of this on the internet you will also learn that you cannot purchase vitamin B17 in any local pharmacy, drugstore, grocery store, or health food store. Nor can you purchase raw apricot seeds anywhere-except for online. You can find dozens of websites online with testimonials about how these products can-and have been-used as cancer cures and as cancer prevention measures…yet you cannot get in your care and drive somewhere to go and purchase them.?

The reason the FDA will not let stores sell vitamin B17 or apricot seeds is that it has not been scientifically proven that eating apricot seeds or taking vitamin B17 is beneficial to a person’s health. The FDA believes that there is not enough scientific data to show that the substance in vitamin B17 and apricot seeds can be effectively used as either a cancer cure or a measure to prevent cancer.

Most people believe that there is an ulterior motive, not enough money. No one can really make any money off of vitamin B17 or off of raw apricot seeds. After all, how can anyone patent cancer cures that are completely natural, like an apricot? There is no money to be made off of this type of cancer treatment; therefore, many people believe that is the true reason behind the FDA stance against vitamin B17 and apricot seeds.

Yes, the FDA is supposed to be protecting the public; however, a recent USA today report showed that over half of the members of FDA advisor’s had conflicts of interest-meaning that they had ties to the drug companies. Approving vitamin B17 would mean taking away their profits.

Benefits of Cosmetic Surgery

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:32 pm

People across the world today are either extremely satisfied with how they look or are dissatisfied with how they look. A person’s appearance could mean the difference between strong self-confidence and a rough outlook on their own life. Many people take their appearance extremely seriously and even pay thousands of dollars to have different procedures performed to improve the look of their body.

These procedures are known as cosmetic surgery and can be performed by a cosmetic surgeon at a hospital anywhere across the country. People who want to have these procedures performed are usually not happy with the look of one or more areas of their body.

They will research the cosmetic surgeons located near their residence and begin an interview process of each possible surgeon. Once they find the right one for them they can begin the process of improving their body.

Cosmetic surgery procedures vary from an eyelid repair to as large as repairing a patient’s face after a serious accident. These procedures aren’t just used to improve the appearance of a person’s body but they can also be used to repair damage to the body of a patient involved in a fire or a car accident. Such procedures are skin grafting, reconstructive surgery and removal of cancerous tumors or moles on the outer layer of the skin.

Other procedures involved in cosmetic surgery are breast augmentation, breast reduction, a facelift, Botox, skin grafts, chemical peels, collagen, laser skin resurfacing, tummy tuck, rhinoplasty, otoplasty and much, much more. Before having any of these procedures performed the interested party should consult their physician as well as a cosmetic surgeon to determine whether or not the procedure is best for them.

The doctor will also be able to discuss with the patient the price of the procedure, the length of the procedure, the length of recovery time and any possible side effects from having the procedure performed. Many people throughout the world today are having these procedures performed more and more because of the emphasis placed on people’s appearance and sex appeal in the media.

Let’s face it, sex sells and people are becoming more and more self conscious with the look and appearance of their body. One of the procedures not mentioned above is liposuction. Liposuction is the removal of unwanted fat from the stomach and abdomen area. People qualified for liposuction are people that have had trouble losing weight and the unwanted fat through exercise or other dieting techniques.

The benefits of cosmetic surgery are enormous. Once the procedures are complete people that have them performed feel better about how they look and how they feel too. Other benefits are improvement of one’s health via the loss of unwanted body fat and a better general sense of well being and self confidence.

All of these procedures are usually performed at a hospital and can take anywhere from one hour to five hours to complete. Recovery time for most of them is anywhere from one to three weeks and prices range from $2,000-$20-000 or more.

The Benefits Of Help Desk Software

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:32 pm

A help desk is an information and assistance resource that troubleshoots problems with computers or similar products. Corporations often provide help desk support to their customers via a toll-free number, website and/or e-mail. There are also in-house help desks geared toward providing the same kind of help for employees only.

Some schools offer classes in which they perform similar tasks as a help desk. In the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, within companies adhering to ISO/IEC 20000 or seeking to implement IT Service Management best practice, a Help Desk may offer a wider range of user centric services and be part of a larger Service Desk.

A typical help desk has several functions. It provides the users a central point to receive help on various computer issues. The help desk typically manages its requests via help desk software, such as an incident tracking system, that allows them to track user requests with a unique ticket number. This can also be called a Local Bug Tracker or LBT. The help desk software can often be an extremely beneficial tool when used to find, analyze, and eliminate common problems in an organization’s computing environment.

The user notifies the help desk of his or her issue, and the help desk issues a ticket that has details of the problem. If the first level support technician is able to solve the issue, the ticket is closed and updated with documentation of the solution to allow other help desk technicians to reference in the future. If the issue needs to be escalated, it will be updated, noting what was attempted by the technician and dispatched to second level support.

Larger help desks have a person or team responsible for managing the tickets and are commonly called queue managers or queue supervisors. The queue manager is responsible for the ticket queues, which can be setup in various ways depending on the help desk size or structure. Typically, larger help desks have several teams that are experienced in working on different issues.

The queue manager will assign a ticket to one of the specialized teams based on the type of issue. Some help desks may have phone systems with ACD splits that ensure that calls about specific topics are put through to analysts with experience or knowledge on that topic.

Many help desks are also strictly rostered. Time is set aside for analysts to perform tasks such as following up problems, returning phone calls, and answering questions via e-mail. The roster system ensures that all analysts get time to follow up on calls, and also ensures that analysts are always available to take incoming phone calls. As the incoming phone calls are random in nature, help desk agent schedules are often maintained using an Erlang C calculation.

The deskside team (sometimes known as desktop support) is responsible for the desktops, laptops and peripherals such as PDAs. The help desk will assign the desktop team the second level deskside issues that the first level was not able to solve. They set up and configure computers for new users and are typically responsible for any physical work relating to the computers such as repairing software or hardware issues and moving workstations to another location.

Some companies have a telecom team that is responsible for the phone infrastructure such as PBX, voicemail, VOIP, telephone sets, modems and fax machines. They are responsible for configuring and moving telephone numbers, voicemail setup and configuration and are assigned these types of issues from the help desk.

Companies with custom application software may also have an applications team, who are responsible for development of any in house software. The Applications team may be assigned problems such as software bugs from the Help Desk. Requests for new features or capabilities to in-house software that come through the Help Desk are also assigned to Applications groups.

My Review of Pregnancy Without Pounds

Friday 31 October 2008 @ 11:27 pm

When I first saw the book, I didn’t pay much attention to it. For me, the story about pregnancy is not so interesting anyway. I have some scientific and some medical science background. But that doesn’t create my interest in dig deep into this subject. Not until my sister got pregnant and she asked me for the advice. I didn’t have enough solid information to give her on what she should do in order to have safe and healthy pregnancy. I therefore looked around the net. And I therefore found pregnancy without pounds. This article will be about pregnancy without pounds review.

The book is written by a health and holistic coach, Michelle Moss. She claims to be a professional in this training and health career. From what I read about her, I also believe that she is one. Michelle wrote pregnancy without pounds from her own experience. She got pregnant. Although her interest was in health and nutrition, she could not find some good information on what to do. She did the research and found out the ways on how to have healthy pregnancy. She also found many ways to keep you look good when you are pregnant and get back in shape fast after the delivery.

The book contains a few essential elements on pregnancy including:

-How you can avoid gaining in the area that you don’t want.
-How to lose weight easily after giving birth.
-How to stop the increase of cellulite due to pregnancy.
-How to eat properly and avoid puff face. Also avoid varicose veins.
-How to stop craving of food.
-How to avoid pregnancy acne and many other tips.
-How to strengthen you core strength which is the vital part of your body when you are in pregnancy period. You will need strong core in order to get through all the pain and discomfort from pregnancy.

I didn’t know much about how to use the knowledge but my sister was the one who use the information. At first, she didn’t believe on the information given. But after I got one for her, she madly read the books in the package. She then came back to me and start doing something as was told in the books. I noticed that she looked stronger and had a better mood during her pregnancy.

After the delivery, she seemed to get thinner faster than what I have seen from other pregnant mother. I then asked her whether the book was good. She just briefly told me that she only used some information and she think it is worthwhile doing so. She seemed to be quite happy in pregnancy without pounds according to what I noticed from her.
