Make A Commitment To Your Internet Business

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:59 pm

A home based internet business can create freedom in your life if you commit yourself to it. With the state of today’s economic uncertainty, and peoples desire to escape the stress of mainstream employment, home based internet businesses are flourishing.

That’s the good news, the bad news is that 95% of home based businesses fail within the first years. You do not have to be in that 95% group though, all you need to do is to commit yourself to really working you internet business and you will succeed.

Most people think that working from home on their internet business will be a rather simple task requiring little effort. It is possible, however just like anything in life that is worth pursuing, your success will depend on how much of your personal effort you are willing to expend on it. This is where commitment enters into the equation.

You need to commit to getting training in the methods that will make your internet business successful. Next you need to commit to implementing what you have learned non-stop. You can not just open an internet business then sit at home doing nothing but watching television and say you are an entrepreneur and watch the money start flowing into your back account. Business does not work that way.

As an owner of a home based internet business you need to look at your internet business like any other business. You need to deal with business issues such as accounting, insurance, advertising, taxation, your health care and many other business related issues.

One of the major issues that is key to the success of your internet business is YOU. You must be a self starter, it is your business and it won’t make money if you don’t get up and moving. You need to set up a schedule for your work time and commit yourself to it.

Your commitment to yourself is critical to your success in your internet business. If you are not highly committed you will end up in the 95% that do fail.

You want to be in the 5% of successful home based internet entrepreneurs, so go ahead and commit yourself to doing something constructive every day for your business. Commit to educating your self on your internet business and then implementing what you learn so that you can have the freedom you want in your life.

Pocket Pets are Popular and Playful

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:52 pm

While many of us think of pets in the terms of dogs and cats, pocket pets are a growing segment of the pet community. The term pocket pets refer to small mammals, mostly members of the rodent family. Mice, gerbils, guinea pigs, rats and hamsters are among the small animals which continue to captivate animal lovers.

In spite of their diminutive size, pocket pets can make an interesting addition to any home. Even though they do not fetch or make good guard animals, pocket pets can be fun and educational.

Cute is the word I hear most often to describe these furry little pets. Considered pests by some, pocket pets display behavioral traits unique to their species and an entire market has sprung up around their care and feeding. From toys, treats and habitats, owners of pocket pets have a wide variety of choices when it comes to raising and keeping these small animals. Just as owning any animal comes with responsibilities, the care of rodents takes patience and knowledge of the species.

Providing a proper habitat and diet are the primary duties of any pet owner and pocket pets are no exception. Disease management and socialization are also key components to properly caring for these tiny animals. Most mammals exhibit a desire to play and pocket pets are no exception. As with any pet, socialization with humans goes a long way towards creating a mutual bond and feeling of trust.

Responding to the growth in the pocket pet market, suppliers and manufacturers are offering products specifically designed for small animals. Specialized food stuffs are a must for pocket pets, though owners can provide a certain amount of common vegetables and fruits as a supplement. Just like horses like carrots, apples, and in the case of my horse, beer, rodents enjoy a little variety. As with many animals large and small, certain foods can pose a health hazard. When in doubt about what constitutes a proper diet for your pocket pal, consult a veterinary professional for advice.

The enclosure or habitat should provide a ready source of water and a clean place to nest. Some small mammals will use the same location for droppings so the area must be cleaned on a regular basis. Contrary to common belief, rodents will preen and clean themselves, in much the same way a cat primps and grooms itself.

Small animals can make a great first pet for young children, providing a terrific tool for teaching the proper care and handling of pets. The lessons learned at a young age can carry over into adulthood, fostering a respect for animals and the responsibilities of pet ownership. Depending on the age of the child, it is important that the animal be handled carefully and always under the supervision of an adult.

Many mammals are playful creatures and pocket pets are no exception. Exercise wheels and small chew toys will help keep your pocket pal occupied and the activity will contribute to good health. Besides, pocket pets are just fun to watch.

Small rodents are quite susceptible to parasitic and respiratory diseases and there is an ongoing debate over whether humans area at risk. This is where the advice of a qualified veterinary professional comes in handy. Some of the dangers to the animal can come from exposure to common household chemicals and ingredients in products such as animal litter and bedding materials. The respiratory systems of small rodents are quite delicate and exposure to cedar oils are said to cause problems.

Before making the decision to buy a gerbil, rat, mouse hamster or other pocket pet, check out pocket pet adoption. Just like dogs, cats and other household pets, some people find themselves unable of unwilling to care for the animal. The same is true for pocket pets and there are a number of pocket pet rescue and adoption agencies. Lots of animals need good homes, love and attention, so consider adoption before you buy.

How To Impress A Guy In 5 Easy And Never-To-Fail Steps

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:49 pm

Let me ask you. When was the last you met a guy that you REALLY like?Perhaps not too long ago. BUT here’s the MORE important question,

Did he walk away impressed with you and eagerly waiting for the chance to talk to you again? Or did he dismiss you as just another ordinary lady? It must be frustrating if the latter situation describes your case. Think about it.

Here’s a great guy and a great chance to make him want you BADLY as much as you want him. But for some reason, you are not able to make anything good out of it.

This isn’t the time to be bothered by it. And the next time a guy you REALLY like comes along your way, make sure you throw these tips on how to impress a guy on him and use them to your advantage!

How To Impress A Guy - Step 1:
Say ‘hi’ and start a free-flowing conversation. Nothing more. Don’t make the mistake of throwing yourself at the guy as that would make you look desperate and needy. And the last person a man wants to be with is someone that’s clingy.

How To Impress A Guy - Step 2:
Talk to him like you talk with your guy friends or brother. Don’t show that you are nervous or excited. If you show how giddy you can get just him talking to you, chances are he’ll feel that he has the upper-hand on you and would be filled with a surge of arrogance. Not a good thing.

How To Impress A Guy - Step 3:
Bringing up some interesting facts about you should be nice. But don’t make it the start of your conversation! That gives the conversation a formal feel to it. Now that would be nice if you are talking to a business partner. However, in situations like this, we want to keep it as care-free and as enjoyable as possible.

How To Impress A Guy - Step 4:
Now it’s the time for him to talk. Allow him to bring up some nice-to-know facts about himself such as hobbies, passions, and listen closely. These facts might give you some ideas for something to talk about the next time you meet.

How To Impress A Guy - Step 5:
Don’t stay there talking to him for a long time. Give him the gift of missing you. However, you must keep this warning in mind that you don’t cut the conversation because of an awkward moment or silence. You want something pleasant to register in his head before you go.

If you want to have START doing what it is that makes a man FEEL ATTRACTED and MORE INTERESTED in you. Then, you need to click here to learn The Secrets That Most Women Will Never Know About Meeting And Keeping Great Men! AND KEEPING HIM FOR GOOD!

The Media Helps to Kill The World’s Economy

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:48 pm

The U.S House of Representatives rejected President Bush’s 700 billion dollar rescue bid aimed at bailing out Wall Street (though they couldn’t show this sense when their intelligent leader decided war was needed). With Wall Street’s Dow Jones index taking its biggest one-day points fall in history after the deal was denied, European share indexes became immediately volatile in the Tuesday trading with huge declines hitting Asian stocks.

In the U.K the chameleonic David Cameron took his eyes off the door to Number 10 and announced that the Conservatives will work with the current government to tackle the financial crisis, taking the approach that we’re all in this all together. Whilst partisan politics are arguably detrimental to our progression as a civilisation, and the governments of the World should be handed a large chunk of the blame for the current economical down turn, a large part should be reserved for the media.

It has become increasingly impossible over recent months to turn on the television, fire up the internet, pick up a paper of even flick through the trashiest of gossip-rag magazines that pollute the racks of news agents, without getting a sinking feeling in the stomach and being told that it’s the end of the world in terms of economy. That we, as a nation, a world, a people all are heading into the gaping jaws of the Great Depression Mark 2.

This, surely, is the definition of scare mongering. Playing on the fears of the Everyman that rent will be a bit harder to find and food more expensive in order to push their paper or sell advertising space on their website. An approach exemplified by the Times of London who ran a stunning black and white shot of London’s financial district amongst the clouds that surround it’s peaks with a headline along akin to ‘Fear Stalks the Banks.”

People hold the financial aspect of their lives in high concern, a ridiculous amount of adverts on television are dedicated to offering higher rates of savings, loans and deals for their money. It is, therefore, sickening to glance at the news and see a trusted media outlet, funded by public licence fees, proclaim that yet more economical doom is looming. Especially when said peddler of news puts this information right beside news that Eastenders has cleaned up at the Soap Awards.

More and more, media is treating the economical slowdown as entertainment. The problem is that they employ the same fear-inducing tactics as the Americans do whenever something anywhere in the world happens and they increase their terror alert to beige. The news media has become a changed beast since the tragic events of September 11th, every little detail is jumped upon incase it could be the next big thing to have such an impact and either a certain network won’t receive coverage rewards or there is some way in which over-reporting could solve the problem. Or, even less-likely, the American audience isn’t scared enough. Of everything.

Just look at the state of things in America at present. There’s a pretty big blip in their economy (good thing they’re not spending millions upon millions of much needed dollars on a military operation) so they do the right thing and look to fix it. Only, this isn’t news enough, let’s have one of the word media’s biggest circuses interrupted and send one of the Presidential candidates back. Not because he’s losing, mind. Of course, to the media, this is gold! This must mean the End of the World is nigh!

Though, on a strictly speculative note, should McCain have any influence on this? Surely if he gets his way and decides to “bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran” won’t that be more detrimental to the world’s economy than any mortgage lender’s collapse?

Big institutions will often fail due to poor planning (sub-prime mortgages should never have been approved, where was the foresight?), it’s happened throughout history and will continue to do so. For every great business decision that builds an empire there will be another that will cause one to crumble. Nothing is set in stone and the economy works like an elastic band, constantly stretching and snapping back but continual in this process as it always recovers. Until now, how can economies be expected to recover if people are too scared to spend thanks to an over zealous media?

Sure, oil prices will rise. It’s one of life’s little guarantees, especially when you pump millions into a war effort that manages to increase them accordingly. Just don’t act surprised when the knock on effect is that food prices go up. Of course, it would be easy to point out that if governments really want to live up to election promises of reducing costs they should stop creating such a turbulent and, therefore, expensive world.

That all-hype-all-the-time media is a funny thing though as, like a common cold or fatal disease, it’s infectious and has spread to pretty much every news outlet across the globe. Yes, media has a duty to report the facts but do not create news in doing so. The media is guilty of creating an environment of fear where people are too scared to spend money on even their essentials and thus save the economy.

Working From Home As An Affiliate Marketer

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:48 pm

So you would like to work from home as an affiliate marketer. Perhaps you are a stay at home mum and wanting to supplement the household income. Or perhaps you are retired or have been made redundant but still feel the need to be earning some extra money.

Working from home as an affiliate marketer can be very rewarding and satisfying, particularly if you have a considerable amount of time to put into it each day.

Here are some tips to get you started - a practical guide, so to speak.

To get started in making money on the internet you will need to be absolutely focused, and totally committed in your efforts to achieve success and a good income.

You will need a quiet room to work in, e.g. an office or a spare bedroom that you can set up as your office. You will read about people who will tell you that they are working from home using their dining room table. Although that may be so in some cases, I would not recommend it. A separate room allows you to concentrate on your affiliate marketing business.

You will need a work plan. This is called organisation, in other words. It is so very easy to lose focus and to go off in too many different directions if you do not have a plan which you stick to in your affiliate marketing career. For example, your daily work plan could go something like this:-

1. Write and submit an article.
2. Set up blog.
3. Add content to your blog.
4. Visit and add comment to other relevant blogs.
5. Visit forums and add comment.
6. Write and submit another article.
7. Further your own education about affiliate
marketing and working from home.
8. Write and submit another article.
9. Organise an auto responder.
10. Send out targeted emails through your auto responder.
11. Write and submit another article.

Do you get the idea? Delegate a set amount of time each day for each task, based on the amount of hours you have available each day to commit to your affiliate marketing business. Each task is important, but some tasks are more important than others (that’s why, in my example, writing articles takes up 4 time slots!).

Try to discourage your friends from popping in to see you during your designated working hours. Many of them will think that, since you’re now working from home, they can just call in for a coffee and a chat any old time. Let them know what your work hours are, and that you welcome and value their visits and chats outside of those hours.

Educate your family. They, too, need to know that, in working from home, you need to be setting work time parameters which they will need to respect - except in emergencies, of course.

Keep your thoughts positive and remember to pat yourself on the back for each of the daily tasks that you complete.

Working from home in the world of affiliate marketing can lead to a great income if you consistently plan your work and then work your plan.

What Is The Source Of Resourcefulness?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:46 pm

“Never trouble another for what you can do for yourself” - that was Thomas Jefferson’s way of saying be resourceful; and the 3rd president of the Unite States epitomized resourcefulness. In addition to being an astute politician, Jefferson was an architect, author, horticulturist, inventor, paleontologist and founder of the University of Virginia. When President Kennedy welcomed a group of Nobel Prize winners to the White House, he described them as the most extraordinary group of talent ever gathered there - with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson was there alone.

Zig Ziglar, well known motivational speaker and author, attributes much of his success to always being able to find a capable hand at the end of one’s sleeve. That can be especially true in the kitchen. Soup, stew and meatloaf are dishes based on resourcefulness - as well as leftovers. Resourcefulness also comes in handy when what you make doesn’t turn out right. For example, when a little bit of egg yolk gets in the egg whites and prevents a souffle from rising, all is not lost. A resourceful chef would call the flat souffle a frittata.

Resourcefulness is what gave us the TV dinner. It also gave Swanson & Sons a way to use 270 tons of unsold, Thanksgiving turkey. Turkey, cornbread stuffing, peas and sweet potatoes were put in a compartmentalized, aluminum tray. Then the tray was put in a box that looked like a TV. Although the 78 cent TV dinner had a production estimate of 5,000 for the first year, Swanson sold more than 10 million in that time. Swanson stopped calling their frozen meals TV dinners in 1963; but they’ve been talking turkey - their best seller - ever since.

Resourcefulness is what the Makers Movement is all about. Its aim is to re-imagine uses for objects that would otherwise be thrown away. Because of an unstable economy, what started as a movement for techno geeks became a movement for average consumers to re-use objects. To promote re-use one of the directives in the 2005 Makers Bill of Rights is “The ease of repair should be a design ideal - not an afterthought”. To promote this belief, movement leaders met with major manufacturers to request things like their using screws instead of glue and their making schematics readily available - things that would enable consumers to fix what they buy. Today the phrase throw-away culture should be used only for bad yogurt.

How To Build Passive Income And Create A Home-Based Business With Internet Marketing

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:43 pm

Making money online is the way many people are building their home-based businesses. I knew that I wanted to work from home, so I learned as much as I could about building an online business. After two years I have broken it down into 5 main areas that you must focus on to be successful on the internet.

Blogging
Article writing and marketing
Social networking
Teleseminars
Creating info products

I call this my 5 pronged approach to making money on the internet. By combining these 5 activities and marketing methods, you can become known in your niche and will begin to attract people into your little part of the internet.

Choose a niche as quickly as you can. This doesn’t mean you have to stay with this niche forever, just for the first 6 months or so. It will take that long for you to make money that can go on without you. This becomes passive income. To get to that point you must spend some time with each of the 5 prongs.

Blogging is the fastest, easiest, and most inexpensive way to create a presence on the internet. Within a few days people will be able to find you and your topic when they do a search on Google or any of the other search engines. Use your keywords in your post titles and your visibility will soar.

Article writing and marketing is a must. Write articles on your topic and you will position yourself as an expert in your field. You can also put your blog or website address at the end of the article so people can see what you have to offer and sign up to receive more information from you. Build your credibility with articles.

Both Facebook and Twitter are the places to be in order to make connections online. You can set up Twitter to automatically tweet your blog posts and every time one of your articles is published. Facebook allows you to create your own group to build a list very quickly. Be seen in these two places and your list will grow.

Teleseminars and internet radio give people the opportunity to hear you and to make a different kind of connection with you and what you have to offer. Use teleseminars to build trust with your prospects.

Creating your own products is a must if you want to make passive income online. Start with small digital products and grow your inventory slowly over time. You will make money while you sleep once you have your own info products to sell.

These are the five prongs of building a successful online business. I encourage you to spend time in each area to maximize your potential for success.

Help For The Newbie Affiliate Marketer

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:35 pm

So you’re new to the world of affiliate marketing and you’re confused about just how to get started. You have joined up as an affiliate for a product you’d like to promote, even sent out a few of those free emails, but no commission checks yet. Heck! It’s been 3 whole weeks without any sales whatsoever!

Never fear! Real help is at hand. Here are a few tips to get you started in the awesome and inspiring world of internet marketing as a newbie affiliate marketer. I call them newbie affiliate secrets, because they are precisely the strategies that you will need to learn and master in order to succeed in the world of affiliate marketing.

As this is an article, and not an ebook, these tips will be brief but nonetheless important. When you’ve finished reading this article your next step is to thoroughly research all the methods I will be mentioning here. Doing Google searches on these strategies is a great way to find out more about them. There is heaps of free information out there, also some very good information that will cost you between $5 and $10. Then there’s information which can cost you anything from $97 to around $5,000 to $6,000.

My advice is to read all the free stuff first, then head for the info which is priced between say $5 and $50. At no stage should you ever need to spend thousands of dollars in order to learn, as a newbie affiliate marketer.

OK here goes.

Article Writing. This is one method of free advertising which can get you an unlimited stream of free traffic. There are literally hundreds, probably thousands by now, of article publishing sites such as “Ezine Articles”, “Go Articles” etc. Writing an article is not as scary as it seems. If you can talk, then you can write. You simply write as if you were talking face to face with a friend. If you still think that you can’t write, then you can have your article written for you, although you will have to pay for this.

Once your article is written you need to send it to all the article publishers. If you were to do this manually it would take forever. A better way is to join up with an article submitter - once again, do a Google search. They will distribute your article to hundreds of publishers for you, which leaves you free to knock out another article or two.

I keep saying this, write as many articles as you can. In affiliate marketing you need to generate massive exposure for the product you are promoting. In each article, try to target different keywords from the previous article. This can ensure that you rank highly with the search engines on several keywords or keyword phrases. You will need to do some keyword research, though, in order to find good keywords to target that are aligned to your particular product.

Blogs. They’re my next favourite method of advertising, and once again, this type of advertising is free for you, the affiliate marketer. You just need to be prepared to put in the time. You should set up your own blog - it’s relatively easy once you get the hang of it - and you should add content to your blog on a regular basis, like every day. Don’t forget to “ping” it so that the search engines can find it. Your keywords are important here as well.

The other thing you should be doing is visiting other blogs on related topics and adding your comment. You may not advertise directly, but you can add your link as part of your signature. You should visit and comment in other blogs every day.

Forums. Another free way of getting yourself known out there. However this is my least favourite method as it’s very time consuming and can be rather confusing. But it’s still well worth the effort. In the forums you should add comment in the relevant threads, once again, every day.

You cannot advertise, but you can add your link in the signature area in most forums. Do look for forums that will let you post your linking signature either straight away, or after just a few posts. Stay away from forums that tell you that you cannot add your signature until you’ve posted 250 times! Heck! If you post once a day, then it’s going to take you 8 months before you can add your link to your signature! So be aware of this.

To sum up then. Articles - as many of them as you can pump out, at least one a day. Blogs - build your own and visit others, daily. Forums - search for and visit forums that will let you add your link in your signature after only a few posts, or right away.

Affiliate marketing can be a tremendous amount of fun once you get the feel for it, and of course, determined and consistent effort on your part will bring great rewards.

How Overweight do You Need to be for Lap Band Surgery?

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:33 pm

For those who are overweight and having difficulty losing weight, there is a time in which they start to seek out the alternatives. One of those alternatives is Lap Band Surgery because it is touted as being the type of weight loss surgery that is the safest. The procedure is minimally invasive and an inflatable band is placed around the stomach to divide it into two halves. One half is larger than the other.

It is the smaller half in which the food goes. The section in which the band is placed around has a small opening that allows food to flow into the larger part. It is here that nutrients and calories are absorbed before moving into the intestines. The smaller pouch helps control portions, which in turn controls the amount of calories absorbed. Weight loss begins to occur over time, which will occur in a more effective way than just dieting alone.

Lap band criteria

When it comes to the criteria a person must meet before having lap band surgery, there is more to it than just how much you’re overweight. There are so many different factors.

The criteria include:

1. You must be severely overweight. This means that you should have a Body Mass Index of around 30. Even if you’re not 100 pounds overweight, a BMI of 30 means that you have too much weight on you based on your height. A person who is 6 feet tall and a hundred pounds overweight is not going to suffer as bad as someone who is 5 feet tall and weighs the exact same.

2. You must be overweight for over 5 years. This doesn’t mean 5 years here and there out of a 10, 15, or 20 year period. This is 5 consecutive years.

3. You have only achieved short-term success when making serious attempts to lose weight.

4. You do not have a disease that is causing your obesity. Some people do have diseases that keep weight on them. There may also be medications contributing to the weight gain.

5. You are prepared to make changes in how you eat and are willing to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle if that is possible for you. Lifestyle changes are important. This procedure only has a 5% fail rate when done correctly. If not carried out correctly, then the weight loss efforts can fail.

6. You are willing to enter a nutritional program that will get you ready for the procedure and your lifestyle afterwards. You have to be educated before you can pursue this new lifestyle.

7. You will keep up with appointments in which you have to be monitored. After the process, your progress has to be monitored by the doctor. The Lap-Band may also have to be adjusted to ensure that it is comfortable. An uncomfortable Lap-Band is not something that is required.

8. You do not drink large amounts of alcohol. The doctor may say that something such as a small amount of red wine is the only alcoholic beverage that you should have. This is because red wine is an alcoholic beverage that isn’t as unhealthy as other types of alcohol.

You must meet all of these criteria to be considered for Lap-Band surgery. There are many individuals who have found success and are leading new and very healthy lifestyles that they would not be able to lead otherwise.

Are you ready?

So if you have a BMI of 30 or more, then you are the perfect candidate. If your BMI is 29, you may want to speak to your physician about having lap band surgery. Otherwise, your physician may choose to try other methods such as a nutritional plan to see if you can reduce your weight and keep it off.

Laparoscopic lap band surgery is designed to induce weight loss by limiting food consumption. When doing research for weight loss surgery, be sure to visit the CIBO Lap Band Clinic.

Wall Mounted and Tabletop Aquariums Are Natures Flat Screens

Tuesday 30 September 2008 @ 11:32 pm

Whether you call them wall aquariums or fish frames, there is not doubt that wall mounted aquariums are hot. The latest in a series of novelty aquariums, wall mounted and tabletop aquariums and are gaining in popularity.

There was a time when serious aquarium owners would build the tank and the supporting equipment into a wall space. Built in aquariums required a space behind the wall in order to gain access to the pumps, filters, lighting and to the tank itself. Built in tanks are generally of a size larger than the average home aquarium. Standard stand alone tanks can take up quite a bit of space in the average home and smaller novelty aquariums may not be big enough. The wall mounted aquarium solves some these problems in a beautiful and unique way.

The parallels between wall mounted aquariums and the new generation of flat screen televisions cannot be ignored. In certain respects, the aquarium looks like a flat screen television, being roughly the same diagonal size and thickness. Of course the big difference is that instead of cable news, we are treated to a segment of Mother Nature at her aquatic best. The same can be said for the thin line tabletop aquariums that can easily be mistaken for a flat screen television. The design of these unique aquariums takes the best of novelty aquariums and combines them with aesthetic appeal and ease of maintenance.

The equipment end of these modern fish tanks are integrated into the cabinet that surrounds the tank. Filter systems are typically of the wet-dry variety and require no more maintenance than a standard aquarium setup. The balance of the system including lighting and temperature controls are fully integrated. The water capacity of currently available wall mounted aquariums ranges from less than a one gallon to just over twenty gallons. The volume of fish depends not only on the water capacity but on the habitat that the owner establishes inside the tank.

Designed primarily for fresh water fish, some manufacturers allow for alterations that will make the tank suitable for salt water use. The biggest change will usually involve the filter type. Maintaining a saltwater habitat takes a great more work and knowledge, and is not a task suited for the novice fish enthusiast. Wall mounted and slim line tabletop aquariums are designed like most novelty aquariums. The goal is make the tanks as easy as possible for everyone from the novice fish keeper to the most avid hobbyist.

The relative simplicity of the wall mounted aquariums and novelty fish tanks in general can still pose a challenge. Owners must still take on the responsibility of learning what it takes to care for their new charges. Too few fish is rarely a problem, while too many fish in a tank can cause real difficulties. The small capacity of most wall mounted aquariums limits not only the number of fish but the species of fish suitable for a given setup.

Other routine chores the come with owning an aquarium must also be considered. Maintaining the right Ph, keeping a cleaning schedule and understanding the nutritional needs of the fish is key to fully enjoying what some folks have described as art coming alive. Fish are susceptible to attacks by parasites and certain water-borne bacteria that can sicken and kill aquarium fish. As with any type of pet, owners have a responsibility to learn about aquatic diseases and how to properly treat them.

These cool aquariums are not inexpensive and this convenience of a fully integrated system comes at a price. Larger, more decorative tanks can range upwards of twenty five hundred dollars to less than one hundred dollars at the low end.
